Order Instructions

To ensure we deliver an original and correct paper, it is essential that the client provides instructions in a clear and concise manner. This information is vital for our writers to conceive the paper according to your exact requirements.

If instructions are not provided clearly while filling out the order form, the company may not be responsible for revisions or refunds. An instruction change is only acceptable if the client requests it **before** the writer has commenced work on the project.

Order Delivery

At BuyAssignmentUK, we deliver all papers on or before the specified deadline. The deadline countdown begins on the date the payment is successfully processed. For example, if an order with a 6-day deadline is paid for on 3-2-2025, the final delivery date will be automatically set for 9-2-2025.

In the exceptional case of a technical difficulty preventing us from delivering your work, we will inform you via email. In this scenario, you are eligible to request a full refund.

Revisions

Every paper is reviewed multiple times to ensure it meets the client’s requirements. While the need for revisions is rare, we are happy to make small changes if a client feels something is missing based on their **initial instructions**.

Revisions will **not** be processed if the client changes the initial details or provides new instructions. We work based on the original order details, so clear and correct feedback is essential for the revision process.

Order Cancellation

Clients can cancel an order by not processing the payment or by contacting a customer service representative. However, an order **cannot** be cancelled if our team has already started working on it.

BuyAssignmentUK also reserves the right to cancel an order for any exceptional reason. In such cases, we request that clients communicate with our customer service team for a resolution.

Refund (Money-Back) Policy

A refund may be issued under the following specific circumstances:

• Your Visa debit/credit card was charged twice for the same order due to a technical mistake.
• You were charged an additional or incorrect extra payment by mistake.
• We have demonstrably failed to fulfill the core requirements outlined in your initial paper instructions.

In all other cases, the company cannot be deemed responsible for a refund.
